Greg Poole is the Managing Director of Gondwana Energy International. A geoscientist with over 35 years of industry experience in coal mining and gas exploration and extraction, Greg has headed and managed resource exploration and production teams within a range of small to large coal, gas and service companies. Through this experience Greg has developed a deep understanding of the value chain and client contractor relationships.
Greg has managed several projects including:

• coal and coal seam gas exploration projects in Australia, China, India and South Africa,
• underground coal geological services and gas drainage teams
• coal seam gas production teams
• the divestment of an Australian CBM field for a client as the Technical lead in the process
• in conjunction with associates Greg has worked through all project control for the development of CBM fields and CMM projects.

In the recent years, client have engaged Greg’s proven leadership and technical skills within management positions for both domestic and international projects.
